We want you to be happy with CaribMed Prep. This policy explains refunds for subscription purchases.
If you're not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase, provided the account has not been used excessively (for example, completing a large share of the question bank or mock exams). Just email us and we'll process it.
Subscriptions renew automatically. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date — you'll keep access until the end of the current period. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new period begins, except where required by law.
Email support@caribmedprep.com from your account email with your purchase details. Because Paddle is our Merchant of Record, approved refunds are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Nothing in this policy affects any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
