Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CaribMed Prep (the "Service"), operated by Sherline Martin ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service is

CaribMed Prep is an independent exam-preparation tool for doctors preparing for the Caribbean medical registration examination. It provides practice questions, flashcards, mock exams, and study aids for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, not a substitute for professional training, and does not guarantee any exam result. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Caribbean Association of Medical Councils.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly, 3-month, or 6-month).
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as our Merchant of Record and reseller. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Prices are in US dollars and may change with notice for future billing periods.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to share your account, resell access, copy or redistribute the question bank or content, scrape the Service, or attempt to bypass the paywall or security. Content is licensed to you for personal study only.

5. AI features

The AI study tutor generates explanations automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Always verify important clinical information against authoritative sources. Do not enter real patient-identifiable information into the AI chat.

6. Intellectual property

All questions, explanations, and materials in the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. "CaribMed Prep" and its logo are our marks.

7. Cancellation & termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for exam outcomes. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
